National and international measurement, analysis, testing, inspection and evaluation services, organizations, applying the ISO 17020 standard and ISO 17020 Certificate to take a step ahead of their competitors. The TS EN ISO / IEC 17020 General Criteria Standard for the Execution of Various Types of Inspection Bodies can be applied to all testing and inspection bodies operating in accordance with this standard and performing documentation and applications in accordance with this standard.

The standard consists of sixteen items, which set out the working principles of organizations providing measurement, analysis, testing, inspection and evaluation services. Some of these substances can be regarded as largely moral principles.

Our company TÜRCERT carries out its activities in accordance with ISO 17020 standard and has ISO 17020 Certificate. This standard has been prepared for use by testing and inspection bodies and accrediting organizations.

Our company TÜRCERT operates within this framework without regard to the size, location, political approach and social status of the enterprises being serviced, all institutions in equal conditions, in the light of scientific evaluations and without being subject to any pressure.

Independent, impartial and honest

TÜRCERT, our organization, accepts and attaches importance to the ethical principles of being independent, impartial and honest. The fourth item of the standard is the criteria of independence, impartiality and honesty.

Being independent means not being influenced by any organization to the extent required by the conditions, not receiving suggestions, opinions or instructions from any organization and not acting in a way that benefits any organization. The principle of independence varies according to the legal regulations and the requirements of the markets. Therefore, the independence criteria in the annex of this standard are expressed separately according to the types of inspection bodies.

A type of testing and inspection bodies and their employees responsible for carrying out the inspection cannot be the designer, manufacturer, installer, supplier, purchaser, owner or maintenance worker of measurement, analysis, testing, inspection and evaluation materials. They may also not be the authorized representatives of these parties. At the same time, they cannot perform any activities that would contradict the independence of their decisions and accuracy during their work. These parties can access the services of the test and inspection organization. There are no unnecessary financial and other conditions. Our principles apply the same processes to all parties without any discrimination.

The independence criteria described here should not be directly related to the design, manufacture, installation, procurement and use of materials, such as measurement, analysis, testing, inspection and evaluation, or directly related to the competing materials.

Emphasizing Privacy

The second of the ethical principles of TÜRCERT is the importance of confidentiality. The fifth clause of the standard bears the title of confidentiality. According to this article, the test and inspection bodies must ensure that the information and documents obtained during their work shall be kept confidential. The copyright and patent rights of the organizations are protected.

In accordance with this moral principle, our company TÜRCERT does not make any concessions about keeping the information and documents obtained in every stage of measurement, analysis, testing, inspection and evaluation within its organizational structure, its committees, audit and inspection teams, decision-making bodies and employees and keeping them meticulously protected.

In particular, all patents, patents, R & D studies and other intellectual property rights are kept confidential and never shared with third parties.
