Boiler Control Inspection

A boiler is a mechanical installation element used to store and use water from different heat sources. Boilers use hot water boilers, steam boilers, solar collectors, heat pumps or electric heaters as heat sources. They are produced in different types mainly for boilers, serpentine boiler (copper pipe or steel pipe), electric boiler, fast boiler, conventional type boiler (walled boiler), combi boiler or jacketed boiler.

Double-coil or single-coil boilers are generally used in hotels, restaurants, villas or spaces requiring hot water and are connected to a steam boiler, solar collector or hot water. In general, the storage of such painters is a metal whose inner surfaces are coated with a glassy material called enamel.

Electric boilers are generally used where there is no hot water source. This type of boiler, hot water boiler, heat pump, steam boiler, solar collector and other facilities that do not have facilities that work with electrical energy.

The volume of the fast boiler is smaller than that of the serpentine tank. This type of boiler is used in places where small amount of hot water is needed in a short time. In our country and the world is increasing use lately. This is the most popular type of boiler.

Classic type boiler is the most widely used boiler type since the first day. However, such boilers take up more space and supply hot water in a longer period than the new ones. As such, it has lost its former prevalence and is now in less demand. In addition, these types of boilers are called walled boilers, because the tank surface is coated and painted with hot dip. Conventional boilers are therefore not hygienically suitable.

Today, especially in hot areas, combi boilers operating by using solar energy and providing hygienic hot water are used.

Regardless of which type is used, for the safe operation of the boilers, the installation and operation of the boiler must be carried out in accordance with the rules and regular inspections and inspections must be performed in a timely manner without skipping.

Control and Inspection Principles of Boilers

The operating system of the boilers is no different from the water boilers. Therefore, it is subject to the Regulation on Health and Safety Conditions in the Use of Work Equipment issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. In accordance with this regulation, regular inspections and inspections of boilers are carried out in accordance with TS EN 12952-6 standard. The full name of this standard is as follows: TS EN 12952-6 Water tube boilers and auxiliary installations - Part 6: Inspection during manufacture. Documentation and marking of pressure-exposed parts.

In areas where people live together, it is more economical to use centralized hot water preparation systems instead of producing individual hot water. In particular, daily hot water consumption is high in places such as apartments, factories, barracks, hospitals and hotels. Installing central hot water preparation systems in these places saves both fuel and manpower. Hot water boilers for use are both useful and economical in this respect.

The operating principle of the boiler is to supply water at a constant temperature up to 90 degrees. Therefore, it is necessary to use a separate boiler in the supply of the boiler. However, it is also possible to heat the building and boiler from the same boiler. Since hot water boiler is involved, test and inspection works must be done by mechanical engineers, machine technicians or high technicians.

our organization TÜRCERT Technical Control and Certification Inc. provides regular inspection and inspection services for all types of hot oil boilers. Our organization has a competent manager and employee staff and a strong infrastructure in this field.
