An effective and systematic Quality Management System in order to reduce customer complaints, to identify high quality customer mass, that is, to measure the customers who make regular purchases and payments, to organize the market share and sales targets of the enterprise, to increase the share of the customers in the total turnover, must be established.

Quality Certificate from which organization?

Companies that establish and apply ISO 9001 standard in their businesses may apply for a ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certificate or shortly a Quality Certificate by applying to a certification body.

Prior to certification work, the entity must meet all the requirements of the standard. Otherwise, if any deficiencies and errors are detected during the audits to be performed by the certification body, no Quality Certificate is issued.

Certification studies are the work of an independent organization to inspect and determine whether an enterprise complies with predetermined standards while producing goods or services. Audit activities are carried out to determine that the system is feasible and effective after the system has been installed and operated for a certain period of time.

There are many certification bodies that carry out certification studies in this way. However, it is very important that the certification body is authorized (accredited) by a national or international accreditation company. Otherwise, the document they will issue has no validity.
