Non-Gluten Gluten No Certification

Today, the gluten-free product market is growing steadily in the world. The size of this market is expected to rise to $ 2015 billion in 4,6, while in 2020 it is at the level of $ 7,6 billion. Unfortunately, more people in the US and Europe are diagnosed with celiac disease or gluten allergy every day. This has undoubtedly had an impact on the growth of the market.

On the other hand, in recent years, it has been suggested that gluten-free food is much healthier than gluten-containing food and this perception is spreading. This is an important factor in the growth of the gluten-free food market.

With the effect of both factors, the incentives provided by the government agencies to producers in the USA and European countries increase the demand for gluten-free foodstuffs.

In the face of these developments, manufacturers have obtained non-gluten, ie gluten-free certification for their products, and are trying to prove to consumers that they are reliable in this direction.

Within this framework, EuroLab laboratories within our organization conduct tests for the presence of gluten in foodstuffs. At the same time, certification studies are carried out by Türcert certification body, which is also within our organization. Both of these organizations are accredited according to ISO 17065 standard in testing and certification studies (TS EN ISO / IEC 17065 Conformity assessment - Requirements for organizations performing product, process and service certification).

Briefly, Non-Gluten, Gluten No Certificate is a document showing that gluten is not in foodstuffs.

The North American Anti-Gluten Group has taken the first steps in this field. Established in 2005, GFCO (Gluten-Free Certification Organization, Gluten-free Product Certification Organization) developed within the framework of the standard test and certification organizations in the world conducts gluten tests and certification studies. In addition, other standards developed by International Standards Organization and published by TSE in our country are taken into consideration in these studies. For example, TS EN ISO 21415 Wheat and wheat flour - Gluten content standard and TS 13143 Foods - Gluten reduced and gluten-free standard.

Certification studies are based on all production processes of foodstuffs and detailed quality assessment and control measures are questioned in these processes.

Our company performs gluten-free food tests as well as other necessary food safety tests and analyzes. With our gluten-free food certification services carried out with an impartial and independent approach, consumers approach and consume these products with confidence.

The GFCO, Gluten-Free Product Certification Authority standard mentioned above has been developed for manufacturers, retailers, food service providers and farmers who have to produce in accordance with the domestic and foreign legal regulations issued for gluten-free foods and the international food codex. It is based on the principles of the HACCP standard (HACCP, Hazard Analysis Certification at Critical Control Points).

The certification process developed by GFCO, the Gluten Free Product Certification Body, takes into account many details, from risk assessments to production plant inspections. It includes many test and analysis studies applied in production facilities and sales points.

Today, the amount of gluten in foodstuffs bearing the EuroLab logo is 10 ppm or less.

One of the world's most respected gluten-free food certification systems was developed by the Association of European Coeliac Societies, a group of celiac diseases close to 40 operating in Europe. It is based on a standard that ensures safety in gluten-free food production.

Our company takes this standard into consideration and assures consumers in this regard. Our company serves with a strong technological infrastructure and an experienced and educated staff and our employees follow the developments in the world closely.
